FAQ's and Rules
To offer the best classes we need to create a friendly and safe environment where you will want to come back.
CLOTHING
Fitness gear and we do insist that you wear socks. These can be bought at the studio
BOOKINGS
Bookings are essential as class sizes are limited. You can book via the Mindbody phone App .
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations with less than 10 hours notice will be charged in full for the session
PARKING
Street parking is available for 60 min for free or after 6pm no time limit. Also 2 hours free available in Farmers car park
ON ARRIVAL
We have changing facilities onsite and please arrive 5 mins before class starts if possible.
CHILDREN
Please think of other clients if you are considering bringing young children who may get bored waiting.
OPEN LEVEL
You can do any of our classes even if you have never done Pilates or Barre before
WATER
Stay hydrated and bring water with you we also have free filtered water onsite.
Please note when paying via the mindbody app there is an admin fee charged by easydebit. You can still book via the app and pay via online banking if you prefer and our details are here
